If repair or replacement is needed, the approved work follows: Diagnose → Locate → Expose → Replace → Reconnect → Test. We coordinate utility marking, required permits and inspections, access, excavation limits, backfill, and the agreed restoration scope. Final scope and price depend on depth, length, pipe material, access, utilities, soil, obstructions, permits, and restoration requirements. No added work proceeds without a written scope, price, and customer approval.
